Instantly satisfied! The eyes were just a very thin dark grey line rather then trying to paint eyeballs, and it worked perfectly.Natholeonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14359406949497306737noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3372382383266967837.post-72149098540853632572017-05-30T22:00:20.451+12:002017-05-30T22:00:20.451+12:00Are you happy with the result? Adding a flower or a stone or even a small twig will add some visual diversity but again - would that make you happy. The figures are a visual delight to behold and I would not tinker with them for the world.CelticCurmudgeonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17687177512999052331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3372382383266967837.post-83787310777078672542017-05-30T21:58:12.078+12:002017-05-30T21:58:12.078+12:00Cheers Rodger. I cant imagine ever doing a three layer paint job on a Spencer Smith figure, but with these Crusader figures and Perrys etc you almost feel like they have to have the full treatment.Natholeonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14359406949497306737noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3372382383266967837.post-91179856197308074002017-05-30T21:55:22.832+12:002017-05-30T21:55:22.832+12:00Absolutely agree Michael. A simple plain Matt base seems to work well. I recently started adding a few tufts here and there. Simonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03791963346486185268noreply@blogger.com
